Returns

Vartotojų įsigytų prekių grąžinimas vyksta vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos civiliniu kodeksu, 2001 m. rugpjūčio 17 d. LR ūkio ministro įsakymu Nr. 258 „Dėl daiktų pardavimo ir paslaugų teikimo, kai sutartys sudaromos naudojant ryšio priemones taisyklių patvirtinimo“, 2001 m. birželio 29 d.

The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale and purchase of goods by notifying the Seller in writing within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
1.1 Upon receipt by the Seller of a written notice of withdrawal from the contract for the sale and purchase of goods, the goods will be returned to the Seller within 15 days of receipt of the notice.
1.1.2 If the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Seller shall pay the shipping costs. The Seller undertakes to replace the goods with goods of good quality or to refund the price of the goods.
1.3 Goods which the Buyer (consumer) does not like because of their shape, size, colour, model or completeness may be replaced (returned) only if no more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of sale of the goods and if the returned goods are of good quality, have not been damaged and have not been substantially altered in appearance (alterations to the appearance of the goods or to the appearance of their packaging, which are necessary for the purpose of inspection of the goods, shall not be deemed to constitute a substantial change to the appearance of the goods). In this case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer or the shipping costs shall be agreed by mutual agreement.
1.4 The Goods shall be returned in the original packaging of the Goods and the parcel (with the instructions and the warranty card, if any, that came with the Goods). The original VAT invoice received by the Buyer with the parcel must be presented at the time of return.
